I haven’t written a letter to the editor in a long time but I am so impressed of the quality, expertise and integrity of a local longstanding business that I am compelled to give them a shout-out.
Brian’s Plumbing is the only plumbing company in our community as far as I am concerned.
Taking the word limit into account, I will not go into detail about my utilities cost ordeal. I will say that my water bill has jumped from 40 dollars a month to the current bill of $180. My electric bill went from around $125 to $400.
That is a devastating nightmare to someone on SS fighting infirmity. I prayed, lost sleep, sold furniture and items from my home. Even wondered if I would just have to sell my house.
Yes, I hired a plumber. He charged me a lot of money only to not find my water leak. Unfortunately, some take advantage of seniors.
I finally asked a friend I could trust and she raved about Brian’s Plumbing. I am now part of that fan club.
I messaged Brian over the weekend and was surprised that he responded within hours.
Being the dizzy blonde I am, I could only guess that I thought the water leak was in the crawlspace above the garage. Water was dripping so much that it ate a hole in the ceiling.
First thing Monday morning, Brian sent Anthony and Jarrod to my home. They were not only handsome (granny ain’t blind), they were very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. And I have to say, compassionate.
The water drip wasn’t the source of my leak but they fixed that anyway. Within minutes, in a sweep through the house, they found the hidden problem. The hot water pipe in the hot water heater had a leak in the foundation.
About five hours later, using troubleshooting techniques and intense labor, my prayers were answered.
The guys heard me get girly-girl emotional, floodgates opened. I didn’t realize how stressed I was. That is until God sent me angels from Brian’s Plumbing. Remember that when you need a plumber.
